The unique Blood Orange Housemade Preserves Range is extensive and comprises over 60 different recipes, which keeps growing with each rush of inspiration. The whole range is created by our effervescent kitchen team, they are bottled by hand, preservative and additive free, and many of the items have a tropical influence.

We are extremely proud of our 10 medals from Fine Food Shows. So you can be assured our delicious products are just that, delicious!

Jam

Blood Orange jams are made using the best quality fresh produce we can find. In addition to our traditional flavours, we have a unique range of tropical flavours that celebrate our beginnings in Port Douglas. Our traditional marmalades contain real fruit peel and carry the slightly bitter/sour taste that a traditional marmalade is known for.

Relish

Blood Orange relishes add great flavour to meals and sandwiches. Our relishes are slightly smoother than our chutneys in texture. Our relishes are great with cold meats, stirred through pasta or used as a condiment.

Created by our awesome kitchen team, our relishes are bottled by hand, preservative and additive free, and many of the items have a tropical influence.

Sauces

We have a wide variety of sauces that have a number of different uses. We have sauces designed for marinading and dipping.

Our traditional sauces have been spruced up with spices and herbs to give a great flavour to your meal. Our dessert sauces are terrific on ice cream or yoghurt and many have a tropical influence.

Chutney

Our chutneys are chunky in texture and range in flavour from savoury, hot and spicy to sweet.

All the chutneys are created on site by our kitchen team, they are bottled by hand, preservative and additive free, and many of the items have a tropical influence, and we are always creating new ones!

Dressing

We have a great range of dressings ranging from Asian and European flavours and traditional favourites. Our bottles are 100ml.

The Blood Orange dressings are all mixed and made by our Chefs in our kitchen in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. They are preservative and additive free, bottled and packaged by hand, and made with heart.
